21 may 2010 12:48 Parliament extends rights of consumers
The Ukrainian parliament has introduced amendments to the article of the Civil Code of Ukraine concerning the protection of consumer rights.

The law stipulates that the buyer has the right, within fourteen days from the date of receiving a nonfood product of adequate quality, if a longer period is not declared by the seller, to exchange it at the place of purchase or at other places declared by the seller for a similar good of another size, shape, dimension, style, packaging, etc.
