22 june 2010 12:35 Freight traffic increasing at seaports
During the first five months of 2010, there has been an increase in the volume of cargo handled at state ports, as well as services provided by the state-owned enterprises of Ukraine's maritime industry, Head of the State Administration of Maritime and River Transport Serhiy Kryzhanivsky has been quoted as saying by the press service of the Ukrainian Transport and Communications Ministry.

The overall handling of cargo at seaports rose over the period by over 2%, exports by 7.4%, and imports by 143%.
