The corresponding legal act stipulates full import liberalization for some Ukrainian goods such as footwear, products from copper and aluminum, and certain electronics.

According to Nataliia Mykolska, the signed Regulation grants additional quotas with zero import duties for 2.5 thousand tons of Ukrainian honey, for 650 thousand tons of corn and corn flour, for 350 thousand tons of barley and barley flour, for 65 thousand tons of wheat and flour. Apart from this, an extra quota is given for 7.8 thousand tons of barley cereals, for 4 thousand tons of oat, for  3 thousand tons of processed tomatoes, and for 500 tons of grape juice.
