Legislative basis for publishing an announcement

Adopting and publishing the announcements of the state procurement (hereinafter – the announcement) in the international publication shall be performed on base of clause 15 of the “Terms of state procurement of goods, works and services for the state funds”, adopted by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 921 dated 17.10.2009, and the order of the Ministry of Economics No. 535 dated 03.06.2009 “On publishing the announcements of the state procurement in the international publication”.

The Customer shall bear personal responsibility for the authenticity of information and its meeting legislative requirements. Should the given announcement not meet demands of legislation, the editorial shall have right not to adopt the announcement for publishing before its amendment and resubmission on general grounds.

Bulletin of tenders of Ukraine

The publication “Bulletin of Tenders of Ukraine” is registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as the international publication the emphasis of which is placed on public purchases (articles of incorporation of the mass media means No. 15689-4161Р dated 08.10.2009).

The bulletin meets requirements of the “Regulation on Purchase of Goods, Works, and Services at State Funds”, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 921 dated 17.10.2008, and the Decree of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine No. 535 dated 03.06.2009 “On Placement of Public Purchases Notices in the International Publication”.

The publication got the international code ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) – a unique number used for identifying the printed matter or the electronic mass media means. ISSN code for the “Bulletin of Tenders of Ukraine” is 2077-107X.

The bulletin is published by “Economedia” which since 2001 has published printed and electronic guides on foreign economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises, as well as has organized national expositions of Ukraine at many international exhibitions abroad.

The publication “Bulletin of Tenders of Ukraine” is sent to the Embassies and Consulates of Ukraine abroad in 60 countries (the list is attached).

Registered and mail address of the publication: 22, Vorovsky str., Kyiv, 01601, Ukraine.
